Delivery Policy

We always aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of an order (excluding Pre-Orders).

We use Royal Mail 1st Class (domestic deliveries) and Royal Mail Airmail (International deliveries) for shipping.

Domestic customers can usually expect to receive their purchase between 2 to 5 working days following dispatch.

International customers can usually expect to receive their  purchase between 5 to 10 working days following dispatch.

Exchange and Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.

We offer a 14 days returns policy and the item must be returned unworn and in it’s original condition.

Please return the purchased item in it’s original packaging to The Mama Squad, requesting the return address via the Contact Us form.

Please include a note of instructions in your package or send an accompanying email with your order number, detailing if you would like an exchange or refund and your reasons why (this can help us improve our customer experience, designs and service in the future).

In the unlikely event that an item is defective in anyway or you were sent an incorrect item, please advise us immediately upon receipt of the item and we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we have received your returned purchase, we will refund the price of your purchase to the original card details or exchange it for another design, depending on your instructions.

We recommend that you use registered post when returning your items to be sure it has arrived with us. However, please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of postage for returns as we are a very small business.

We will send exchanges free of charge to you.

If you are returning item(s) from outside the EU please make sure that you include “Returns Department” in the address and declare the goods as returns to the postal company. This will ensure that your return isn’t delayed at UK customs.
